- Once you have spoken with us and selected the property[s] you would like to purchase, print off and complete a reservation form and post it to our London office.
- Please telephone us on 0044 207 6085063 to make your deposit payment of £2,000 or €3,000 (per apartment) by credit card or bank transfer. This deposit payment is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final payment. As soon as we receive the deposit payment and completed reservation form, the apartment will be shown on the website as \'sold\' for a period of 28 days. Within this 28 day period the 30% initial payment must be paid to secure your property[s].
- The final payment will be due on completion.
