Sheridan Resorts offer clients the very best payment terms for their Bulgarian properties. Because of the excellent relationship we have with our banks you can purchase an apartment with only a 30% deposit.

Our payment terms are outlined in brief below;

• A €3000 (or £2,000) deposit secures the reservation of your property for 28 days.
• Within 28 days of signing the reservation form a 30% payment is required.
• The remaining 70% is due on completion in November 2011.
