Once you have spoken with us and selected the property[s] you would like to purchase, print off and complete the reservation form and post it to our London office together with your deposit cheque made payable to Sheridan Resorts for £2,000 or €3,000 per apartment.

This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final payment.
As soon as we have received the payment and reservation form, the apartment will be considered ‘sold’ for a period of 28 days. If during this time you would like to visit Bulgaria, please contact us so we can arrange a viewing trip for you.
