All our viewing trips are accompanied by somone resident in Bulgaria who has extensive knowledge of the Bulgarian property market and can provide an informative, relaxed and enjoyable introduction to Bulgarian real estate.

Cost
Viewing trips are priced at £100 (or €150) per person which is fully refundable on purchase.  We recommend 2 days to ensure adequate time in Bulgaria although trips can be tailored to suit your requirements. 

The cost of the viewing trip includes the following;

• Arrangement and booking of flights to and from Sofia
• Arrangement and booking of 4 or 5* accommodation in Bulgaria
• Arrangement and booking of airport transfers to and from Sofia
• Property viewing coordination
• Visits to points of interests

The viewing trip must be paid for in full before the booking can be confirmed.

Travel insurance must be organised by the client and any individual travel expenses (over and above those listed above) must be met by the client during the viewing trip.

The finance and legal aspects of purchasing a property in Bulgaria will be fully explained to you during your visit.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions prior to booking a viewing trip. By booking a viewing trip you agree to comply with the following:

• A maximum of two adult passengers are allowed per viewing trip.
• The total viewing trip cost is payable by the client prior to booking. The cost includes a) round trip flights to Sofia, b)accommodation in Bulgaria, c) airport transfers to and from Sofia, d) property viewing coordination and e) visits to points of interest.
• The viewing trip cost is £100 (€150) and must be paid before a booking can be confirmed.
• The viewing trip cost is non refundable unless a purchase is made.  
• Once the hotel and flights have been booked, changes to dates or names are prohibited.
• If any participants of a viewing trip choose to cancel after the cost has been paid, we cannot refund the cost and any additional cancellation charges incurred by the hotel will also need to be met by the client.
• Clients will be booked in local hotels dependent on availability.
• All accommodation is booked on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Clients will be booked into double or twin rooms; requests for 2 single rooms may incur an additional cost.
• The client must allow enough time for check in and pay attention to local airport directives. Sheridan Resorts accept no liability in the event of failure by the client to check in on time and no refunds are applicable.
• Sheridan Resorts are not liable for any flight/destination or time changes made directly by the airlines.  It is the responsibility of the client to confirm flight details and times with the airline.
• Clients are responsible for compliance with the respective immigration, passport and visa regulations.
• Clients are responsible for organising their own travel insurance.
• If a passenger does not manage to attend a viewing trip due to their own negligence, fault or responsibility, the cost of the viewing trip will be retained by Sheridan Resorts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Viewing trips are non refundable unless a purchase is made.
